Downieville

Downieville is mountain biking heaven. You shuttle to the top then descend, what seems like, endless single track. For whatever reason, we took a different approach. We shuttled as high as the vans would go, then climbed for a couple hours under pedal power. All in all, it was a great adventure, a well documented one too.

Yeah Downieville rocks! Literally. We did the Classic back in what, July? Anyway. That babyhead section makes me ache just thinking about it. A guy did it on an SS Rocklobster Monstercross. AND BEAT ME!!!!!
